The duties of Hospitality Helpers are to:
1. Arrive 1/2 hour before the scheduled meeting to set up (7pm.)
2. Bring enough dessert or appetizers for 20 people.
3. Be responsible for table arrangements and preparation of beverages
 (ingredients provided by Club)
4. Assist with cleanup after meeting.

All members are required to serve as a Hospitality Helper ("Hostess") when asked. 
If you have signed up for a monthly meeting and are unable to attend, 
it is your responsibility to find a replacement!
